Ingredients

  • 270g of coffee
  • 1 gallon of water
  • Gallon jar
  • Filters, I use Chemex filters

Instructions

  1. Grind coffee coursely
  2. Add coffee to jar
  3. Fill up jar with water, gently mix grounds
  4. Let sit at room temp for 12-16 hours
  5. Decant and optionally filter liquid from jar
  6. Enjoy

Notes

I made this recipe at 1 gallon so it can be easily scaled up or down.
